Ron Nixon has been serving the Denison community since 1994.  He has been acting Executive Director since 2013.  Prior to this he served as a Site Director and the Athletic Director working to bring athletics back into the Boys & Girls Club of Denison.  Ron is a proud graduate of Plano Senior High, and a member of the 1996 and 1997 Championship football teams.  In 1997 the Plano Wildcats had a perfect 16-0 season!  Mr. Ron is also a proud alumni of Austin College in Sherman, TX where his love for this community began. Prior to the Boys & Girls Club, Mr. Ron was an Athletic Supervisor for the City of Denison over 10 years where he organized adult leagues, tournaments, and many other community events.  Mr. Ron takes pride in working with the youth of our community and being mentor to the members of the Boys & Girls Club of Denison.

Currently looking for an Athletic Director who can develop not only great athletes but great people in the community. A Director who looks to keep strong communication with coaches and parents as well as working with youth on a day to day basis to help them succeed.
